For homeowners who want design work completed but may not be ready to implement or prefer to work with their own contractors. For a set fee (based on project scope), we provide floor plans, elevations, renderings, and a usable scope of work, delivered virtually or in-person. Clients may execute the design independently unless additional services are requested.

Ideal for clients local or remote. Clients can provide detailed measurements, budget, and areas needing help. We assist with space planning, color selection, fixture choices, or any combination. Deliverables include professional design concepts, floor plans, and recommendations.

A two-hour session via Zoom or in-person to address specific pain points. We provide actionable recommendations for functionality, furniture, and fixtures, helping you develop a clear plan to improve your space independently. Local clients can receive suggestions for stores and contractors.
